Besides other aforementioned specialities, horn contracts also provides exquisite
workmanship with glass. Since more and more clients are looking towards modern/high
tech styles to constitute their showcases, glass has become a popular material as
it portrays a modern image.
Regularly used glass options include 12mm toughened glass, back painted glass, glass
walls, bullet resistant glass, sliding doors and a host of others. We are also able
to use glass to create more classic/conservative setups.

Africa Growth Advisors is a pension fund administration company
situated in Melrose arch Johannesburg.
The second phase of the project was completed in 2006 and included the construction
and installation of automated entrance doors, glass walls, glass doors & glass
swing and sliding doors. Used materials include 12mm toughened glass and back painted
glass.
The setup style is of a classic nature. |

Xstrata is mining alloy company with its head office in Melrose
arch Johannesburg. We took on the job as a turnkey project and as part of the contract,
did all glasswork on site.
The job was completed in 2005 and features glass walls, glass doors, automated glass
sliding doors, unsupported canter lever glass shelves.
We used 12mm & 19mm toughened glass to achieve a glass setup of
a classic/modern style.

Glencore is a commodity trading company with its head office situated
in Melrose arch, Johannesburg.
The project was completed in 2006 and features various glass applications including
back painted glass on furniture, back painted glass cladding, glass walls, glass
on glass sliding doors.
4-12mm toughened glass and laminated glass were used to achieve this modern/high
tech setup.

Brandhouse jhb is a beverage supplier with its head office in Melrose
arch Johannesburg.
It was taken on as a turnkey project and was brought to completion in 2005. The
job features glass claddings, glass screens, glass doors, glass walls and glass
tables.
The abovementioned were constructed using 6-12mm toughened glass and 6-12mm laminated
glass.
The setup is of a modern/high tech style.

Gem Diamonds is a London listed diamond company with its head office
in Illovo, Johannesburg.
The job features automated entrance doors, glass walls, glass sliding doors on stainless
steel fittings, glass cladding, back painted glass on furniture and glass tables.
It was brought to completion in 2007.
4-12mm toughened glass, 6.38-9.38mm laminated glass and 15mm float glass were the
materials used to achieve this setup.
The intended style is classic/high tech. |
