We hereby certify that all our products are up to the following tolerance and quality standards:

• Moisture content: below 12%
• Measurement: length +/- 0.18mm width +/- 0.15mm thickness +/- 0.18mm 
• Warping: 920-1920mm length-not to exceed 0.5mm 
• Corners must be 90 degrees 
• Not visible on face of product: sapwood, black stains, black streaks, splits, pin holes, insect holes, cracks, chipping, black colour in the joints of the bamboo, dust, scratches.
• Coating must be smooth
• Chipping not allowed on corners and edges
• Fifteen year finish wear layer warranty: Bamboolands warrants to the original purchaser, that its surface wear layer will not wear through or separate from the bamboo for a full fifteen years from the date of purchase (we don’t believe that this will ever happen).wear layer warranties exclude any indentations, scratches or surface damages caused by lack of proper maintenance, misuse, negligence, spiked heel shoes, erosion, pebbles, sand, commercial use, other abrasives or insufficient protection on furniture.

The formaldehyde-releasing amount complies with European limited emission standard (e1).
